We will be electing the 2020-2022 New Jersey NOW State Officers at the 2020 New Jersey NOW State Conference to be held virtually on October 3, 2020. We are seeking candidates for the following:

State President
State Administrative Vice President
State Action Vice President
State Membership Vice President
State Communications (formerly Technology) Vice President
State Legislative Vice President
State Treasurer
State Secretary

State Officers are expected to attend quarterly State Board meetings that are hosted by our local chapters and rotated throughout the state. Additional duties of each State Officer position can be found in the New Jersey NOW proposed Bylaws which can be found here. This version will also be voted on at the conference and take effect immediately. Questions should be directed to nominations@nownj.org.

Any member of New Jersey NOW in good standing who resides in New Jersey is eligible to hold state office.

The election will take place during the 2020 New Jersey NOW State Conference to be held virtually on October 3, 2020.

If you are interested in serving as a New Jersey NOW State Officer, you must submit your name and information via this online form by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time), Saturday, September 12, 2020. Those members who complete the form and are verified as eligible to run for a State Officer position will have their nomination information shared via the New Jersey NOW website, in the conference program book and through email in advance of the election.
